We do not use analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. The website uses only the security storage described below.

Public website

The public pages do not need to set a server cookie. When you dismiss the storage notice, your browser saves utomnia_cookie_choice in local storage with the value “essential”. This prevents the notice appearing on every visit. It remains until you clear this site’s browser storage. It is not sent to our server and is not used to identify or track you.

Customer and administrator sign-in

Customer accounts, checkout preparation and the restricted administrator area use the following strictly necessary first-party cookies:

utomnia-session: maintains an encrypted authenticated session. It is secure, HTTP-only and normally expires after two hours.
XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. It is secure and normally expires after two hours.

These cookies are required to provide secure account, checkout and administrator services, so we do not ask for consent before using them. Stripe and Twitch may set essential cookies on their own domains when you choose to visit their hosted checkout or sign-in pages; their own cookie information applies there.

Twitch sign-in preference

If you select “Remember my Twitch account on this device”, we store the utomnia_twitch_silent_login preference cookie for up to 12 months. It contains only the value needed to remember that choice and allows Twitch to reuse its existing browser session. Clear the checkbox on the sign-in page to remove the preference and require Twitch account confirmation again.

Controlling storage

You can clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent account and administrator sign-in and checkout. The “Cookie information” link in our footer reopens the notice.

Future services

If we add analytics, embedded media, advertising or another non-essential technology, it will remain disabled until any consent required by law has been obtained. We will update this page with its provider, purpose and duration.
