Who is the developer?

WildAnnie is the developer. She works as a solo developer under the business name PaperGoblin Games and can help with game-related questions.

Who is the publisher?

UTOMNIA Studio is the publisher. Your publisher contact is TheKnightTemplar_ (Andy), who can help with affiliate or financial questions.

Where is my Affiliate Dashboard?

Your dashboard is at utomnia.studio/account/streamer. It shows your commission, outstanding onboarding actions and progress towards Your Character.

Is there a sales alert overlay that uses my affiliate code?

Yes. You can customise the sale alert and add your own sounds. Open your Floor Drop StreamWidgets configuration from your dashboard, or visit StreamWidgets Campaigns.

What are StreamWidgets and Urler.gg?

They are services owned by UTOMNIA Studio and are part of the suite of tools used to support Floor Drop and its streamers.

What is my call to action link?

Use !floorshop in chat to show viewers a link to the Floor Drop shop with your affiliate code. You can customise the message and set how often it appears in your StreamWidgets configuration.

Can viewers discover and join my Floor Drop games?

When you stream in the Floor Drop Twitch category, viewers can find you and join your games. Affiliates also receive an automated Discord announcement when they are live in that category.

What perks does my community get when they use my affiliate code?

Viewers can receive a 10% discount when they buy two or more eligible items. They can also visit games.wildannie.tv, choose “Redeem a Code” and enter your code to get your support badge. They can then choose to represent you on the leaderboards.

Can I get my own branded character in the game?

Yes. Your Character can earn you a higher commission rate on sales of that character. This is the first affiliate milestone: it unlocks after 10 qualifying character or character-group sales using your code. You can track your progress on the Affiliate Dashboard. Character design and production are subject to publisher approval and are completed on a best-efforts basis in order.

When will the game be released?

Floor Drop is a streamer game, not a commercial release. There may eventually be a “final” version: that would mean no further updates are needed because the game is no longer being used by enough streamers to sustain ongoing development. At that point, it may be packaged as a standalone version.

Is the game in beta?

The Floor Drop part of WildAnnie’s Floor Drop is currently in beta while the remaining parts of the base game are implemented and tested. After those systems are complete, the game is expected to move into early access. The next mini-game will then become a priority and will be part of Floor Drop, using the same characters.

How can I invite other streamers to the beta?

Applications are open for the first beta wave while places remain. The wave may close when there are enough streamers to make sure the community can be supported without overloading the system or the team. Interested streamers can apply for Floor Drop streamer access.

Is there a Discord?

Yes. PaperGoblin Games has a Discord for players, affiliates and streamers. Players can find promotional items and see who is playing Floor Drop. Streamers can post when they go live in the “Playing Now” channel, and affiliates are automatically announced there when they stream in the Floor Drop Twitch category.

What if I have a complaint?

You can open a private ticket in the Discord to discuss it with TheKnightTemplar_. If you would prefer to speak with WildAnnie, mention that at the start of the ticket.
